Heat treatment

Our offer includes services related to thermal treatment of metals. This type of work requires appropriate tools, knowledge and many years of experience in the metal industry. Thanks to cooperation with specialized external companies, we can provide our clients with the highest quality services that meet all norms and standards.

Ordinary heat treatment includes, but is not limited to, annealing, quenching and tempering, as well as solubilization quenching and aging. In our work we use chamber and vacuum furnaces, and induction quenching.

Technologies using chamber furnaces:

• quenching,
• carburizing,
• carbonitriding and annealing in a protective atmosphere.

Technologies using vacuum furnaces:

• quenching,
• low pressure carburizing,
• solubilization quenching and aging,
• vacuum annealing.

All thermal treatments we offer are properly documented. This confirms their compliance with the drawing requirements submitted during placing the order.
